I joined Fit 4 Two over a year ago when my daughter was 4 months old and Tuesday's between 10 and 11 became my little oasis of sweat, time and sanity. Lil loved getting bonus cuddles in the creche and for months Torsten was the only man other than her dad that she considered worthy of adoration.
12 months on and i have never been stronger, leaner or more coordinated. I still go to the studio sessions whenever i can and am a dedicated Boot(y) Camper on Saturday morning which is fantastic and so much fun.
Fit 4 Two is helping me be the best mum, wife and human i can be and I honestly don't think i would have made it through the first year of motherhood without Rachael's skill and support.

I have loved training with fit4two which I have attended both pre and postnatally. The exercises are fun and accommodate the pregnancy and postnatal body safely.The trainers are motivating and provide workouts which are flexible, allowing for more challenging days, or the occasional gentle session after a sleepless night! However I am sure to feel it after every session!The best thing is being able to bring my baby along. It is great to be able to see the little ones and attend to them if needed without feeling like I'm missing out.I highly recommend fit4two for the enjoyment and ease of getting back into exercise after a baby.
I started training with Rachael 16 weeks after having my little girl and after one session, I felt invigorated and motivated to get myself back in shape and feeling like me again!
I chose Fit 4 Two because of their intimate training environment, personalised training programs, and also because I was able to bring my baby girl along with me so I could train at a time that was convenient for me!
I attend one group session and one one-on-one personal training session each week. During each session Rachael takes me carefully through my training program and adjusts any exercises that I have issues or concerns with to ensure that I prevent injuries to myself and also to maximise my performance and output.
With so much going on with being a new mum, my sessions are a time for me to focus on my well-being. I look forward to my sessions each week and I can't thank Rachael enough for her support and motivation!
