Fitness 4 Dads was born out of the realisation that when I (Torsten) became a Dad, there were no fitness businesses catering spefically for Dads. As a personal trainer of over 10 years, I utilised my skills to create Fitness 4 Dads.
Fitness 4 Dads currently runs indoor evening group classes that are an awesome combination of strength and cardio exercises speficially designed to cater to dads of all ages and fitness levels. These class sizes are kept small to provide individual attention, and are run on a Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm (with more to come). We do request that attendees book in for sessions in order to keep class sizes appropriate.
We also offer personal training for those that want to supplement their training to maximise their fitness and strength gains.
