Fit 4 Two first opened its doors in 2012, and was one of the original businesses in Canberra to cater specifically to pre and post-natal mums. Since then, we have rapidly grown from our original offering of just one post-natal group fitness session a week to classes most days of the week and a large portfolio of personal training clients.
We provide pregnant women and mums with the tools they need to exercise safely and effectively throughout pregnancy, the post-natal period and beyond.
Our post-natal classes run on a Tuesday and Friday at 10am and Wednesday at 10.30am, and our women's evening class runs every Monday night at 7.30pm. We also offer a Saturday morning indoor bootcamp at 7.30am. We keep these class sizes small enough to allow individual attention. These sessions run for 45 minutes and are a mix of cardio, resistance training and core and flexibility work. They are designed so that you can go at your own pace, and cater to a range of fitness levels. We do request that you book into each session that you are wanting to attend, as class sizes are limited.
Personal training is available via consultation with one of our trainers. Our premium, yet affordable personal training is perfect for mums that aren't comfortable with group training, or those wanting more specific and individual attention.
Our trainers are specially trained in post-natal rehabilitation, and regularly receive referrals from physiotherapists and medical professionals (and we have recently had the pleasure of training a midwife throughout her pregnancy, and now post-natally). We have some testimonials below.

I have loved training with fit4two which I have attended both pre and postnatally. The exercises are fun and accommodate the pregnancy and postnatal body safely.
The trainers are motivating and provide workouts which are flexible, allowing for more challenging days, or the occasional gentle session after a sleepless night! However I am sure to feel it after every session!
The best thing is being able to bring my baby along. It is great to be able to see the little ones and attend to them if needed without feeling like I'm missing out.
I highly recommend fit4two for the enjoyment and ease of getting back into exercise after a baby.
